Unlimited Martial Arts Academy LLC ("UMAA", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to providing a clear and fair purchasing experience for all students, parents, and community members. This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through our website at unlimitedmartialarts.com, including enrollment packages, uniforms, training gear, belt testing fees, and digital content. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms described below.
UMAA sells the following categories of products and services online:

Physical items such as uniforms and training gear are primarily distributed in-person at the academy during your first scheduled class. If you have arranged shipping with an UMAA staff member, the following terms apply:
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your purchase, please contact us directly.
Belt testing fees, enrollment registrations, monthly tuition, and Training Vault digital access are all service-based or digital purchases. No physical shipment applies. Access to digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Enrollment confirmation and class scheduling details will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase.
Enrollment packages include a registration fee and, in most cases, a uniform. Because these packages are prepared and reserved specifically for each student, the following refund schedule applies:

Monthly tuition is billed in advance for the upcoming training month. Tuition payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If a student needs to pause or cancel their membership, please contact UMAA staff at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation requests submitted after the billing date has passed will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Belt testing fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled belt test due to illness or an emergency, UMAA will work with the student to reschedule at the next available testing date at no additional charge, provided the student notifies us at least 24 hours before the scheduled test. Failure to notify us in advance forfeits the testing fee.
Uniforms and gear that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange. Unworn, unaltered items in their original condition may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for exchange.
All digital content purchases, including Training Vault access and downloadable instructional materials, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased digital content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a credit at our discretion.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact UMAA using one of the following methods. Include your full name, email address used at checkout, date of purchase, and a brief description of your request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting UMAA may result in suspension of membership and denial of future enrollment. UMAA reserves the right to contest any chargeback that is not supported by the terms of this policy.
UMAA reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
