SMS Consent & Opt-In

Unlimited Martial Arts Academy offers an SMS/text messaging program to keep our students and families informed about class schedules, tuition reminders, and academy updates. This page describes how you can opt in, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out.

How to Opt In (Subscribe)

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Unlimited Martial Arts Academy through any of the following methods:

Method 1: Online Web Form

When you fill out any form on our website (https://unlimitedmartialarts.com) — including the enrollment form, orientation booking form, or contact form — you will see an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from Unlimited Martial Arts Academy including class reminders, tuition payment reminders, belt testing notifications, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance."

You must actively check this box to opt in. The box is NOT pre-checked. No messages will be sent unless you check this box and submit the form.

Method 2: In-Person Paper Enrollment

When you enroll in person at our academy (3061 W. 159th St., Unit B, Markham, IL 60428), the paper enrollment form includes a required consent statement:

"By providing your mobile number you agree to receive SMS from Unlimited Martial Arts Academy about class schedules, tuition, and promotions. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance."

No messages are sent until the signed form is received.

Method 3: Keyword Opt-In

Text START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to (708) 381-2969 to subscribe to our SMS program.

What Messages You Will Receive

Once opted in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Unlimited Martial Arts Academy:

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your enrollment status.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP to (708) 381-2969.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.
