These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://unlimitedmartialarts.com and the SMS/text messaging services provided by Unlimited Martial Arts Academy LLC (doing business as "Unlimited Martial Arts Academy"), located at 3061 W. 159th St., Unit B, Markham, IL 60428.

1. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Unlimited Martial Arts Academy, you agree to the following:

• Program Name: Unlimited Martial Arts Academy SMS Notifications
• Message Types: Class schedule reminders, tuition payment reminders, orientation confirmations, belt testing notifications, re-engagement messages, and promotional offers related to our martial arts programs
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: To cancel, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@unlimitedmartialartsacademy.org or (708) 402-5900.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Consent & Opt-In

You may opt in to our SMS program through the following methods:

1. Online web form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our enrollment form, orientation booking form, or contact form at https://unlimitedmartialarts.com. The checkbox is not pre-selected — you must actively check it to opt in.
2. In-person enrollment: By providing your mobile number and signing the written consent statement on our paper enrollment form at our academy (3061 W. 159th St., Unit B, Markham, IL 60428).
3. Keyword opt-in: By texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to (708) 381-2969.

No messages will be sent until consent is received. You are not required to opt in to SMS as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our site

4. Enrollment & Membership
